Gas Food Lodging (1992)
-
Kim wrote: Nick's Lament appears in the film "Gas, Food, Lodging" (directed by Allison Anders), about growing up in a small town in New Mexico. It's used in a scene where Trudi (Lone Skye) is being driven home by Dank (I forget the actor's name), she's been crying and he is helping her, so Nick sings loud and clear "so dry your eyes...", etc. "Lament" also appears on the soundtrack CD which is mostly by J. Mascis (who has a cameo role in the film) and Barry Adamson. It also includes one Crime & the City Solution track. Nice soundtrack, but not an incredible movie.

The Freshman (1990)

Joe Lanham wrote: From Her To Eternity can be heard in the movie The Freshman, with Matthew Broderick and Marlin Brando. It's the scene where Matthew Broderick first meets his roommate at film school. It's also listed in the credits, but I don't know if it's on the official soundtrack release.

Dogs In Space (1987)

The Boy's Next Door song 'Shivers' appears on the soundtrack and is playing on a television in the background of one of the scenes.
